sort-of fixed up rss feed for journal.

there wasn’t an isssue before, just that the feed itself was generated “globally”.

i don’t know any other way to put it: it was generated for the site index.

in order to generate other feeds, i would have to do it section-by-section.

this means that content will have to be hack-ily built by section-specific settings.

i kind of really hate this, but…
