apparently i didn’t need hugo’s ‘content adapters’, i just needed to build some horribly designed ‘shortcodes’ with some additional templates.

it seems really fragile.

i’ve been trying out baking bread.

it’s difficult.

the apartment where i live is humid but cold, so proofing takes a long time.

i need to use water that’s more hot for the autolyse process so that it’s still warm when adding yeast.

i also need to mix faster for the autolyse.

i think what’s really fun is when the dough has really high exensibility, the bread puffs up a whole bunch when you bake it and it has a bunch of big swirly bubbles inside.
