i had trouble writing a simple script in perl.

lately it just feels like everything i do is just a huge waste of time.

came across an interesting video about lexing in golang.

i say ‘interesting’ because i can’t really call it ‘amazing’.

one point that stuck out was that coroutines have been around for a long time (ambient knowledge, i’m sure), and was used in lexing/parsing.
